KAIPTC @ E-Learning International Confrence @ KNUST

The Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) is participating in this year’s E-Learning International Conference, hosted by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi.

The week-long event brings together delegates from Ghana, Nigeria, Israel, and the United Kingdom.

This year’s conference focuses on presentations and discussions surrounding digital learning, training methodologies, and fostering skill development within various fields.

KAIPTC is taking this opportunity to showcase its innovative e-learning programs for peacekeepers and stakeholders involved in peacebuilding efforts.

The Centre’s expertise in areas such as conflict management and mediation strategies, peace and security operations, and gender and its role in achieving peace and security is being showcased to the over 500 delegates, which includes students attending the event.

The conference also features exhibitions from various e-learning solution providers, allowing KAIPTC to explore and potentially integrate new technologies into its training programs.

In addition to the exhibitions, dedicated knowledge exchange sessions and informal networking opportunities foster collaboration and information sharing among practitioners.

These sessions allow participants to share best practices, new discoveries, and diverse perspectives on using technology for effective training and capacity building.

This participation in the E-Learning International Conference underscores KAIPTC’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in peacekeeping training by enhancing the skills and knowledge of peacekeepers, ultimately contributing to more effective and sustainable peacebuilding efforts around the world.
