JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer
Department: OOC-BDU
Reports To: Head of BDU
Supervises: Marketing Officers
Job Purpose
To lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that position KAIPTC as a leading training and research institution, attract funding and sponsors, and establish sustainable partnerships with non-traditional funding sources.

Educational Qualification/Experience
Master’s Degree in marketing, business development, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited institution with professional certification in marketing is required. At least 8 years working experience, 5 of which should have been in a similar role with 3 years in a senior marketing role in a nonprofit organization or educational institution. Proven track record of securing sponsorships and building partnerships. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Working knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Percentage increase in funding and sponsorships.
• Expansion of the partner network and non-traditional funding sources.
• Delivery of marketing campaigns within budget and on schedule.
• Team performance and achievement of individual targets.
