Empowering Facilitators with the Collaborative Problem-Based Learning Approach

The KAIPT has conducted a comprehensive training session for its facilitators. The Collaborative Problem-Based Learning (CPBL) training was aimed at strengthening their capabilities and ensuring the continued effectiveness of KAIPTC’s training programs on participants.

This interactive learning method, which encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving, has proven to be highly effective in fostering deep learning and engagement among participants. The feedback from the session was overwhelmingly positive, with facilitators expressing renewed enthusiasm for incorporating CPBL into their future training sessions. One participant noted; “CPBL is essential to stay updated with latest pedagogical approaches necessary to foster the skills of participants in today’s dynamic work environment as the CPBL approach is directly applicable to real-world scenarios”.

KAIPTC’s continued focus on CPBL demonstrates its commitment to providing high-quality training that equips stakeholders with key knowledge and skills necessary to address peace and security challenges.

Looking forward, the centre aims to ensure that its graduates are well-prepared to make a positive impact on the world.
