E-Learning Awareness Forum and Exhibition Campaign Launched

There was a buzz of excitement at the KAIPTC when the maiden edition of the elearning  awareness forum and exhibition campaign was launched on 26th of October 2023. The campaign was held under the theme: The Future of KAIPTC Learning! Developing Capacities through Innovative Learning Technologies, and sponsored by the Governments of Germany  and Norway. , The hybrid event brought together development partners government, training institutions, academia, the security sector, the private sector, the media, amongst others.

The forum aimed to showcase the Centre’s nine (9) eLearning courses, which have attracted more than 3000 participants since its launch. The Centre intends to improve its infrastructure for eLearning in order to broaden access to training, research and academic programmes, r following the rapid rise in technology-based learning and the  huge potential  it presents for financial sustainability.. Virtual simulations and Interactive Touchscreen Panels were mounted to give information and insights to attendees on the online training courses at the KAIPTC.

A highlight of the event were the  discussions with panellists from the Rainbow Consult, the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), KAIPTC, the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO).
