The Department of Administration, which includes two key sections; Operational Support and Finance, provides administrative, technological and financial services to support the successful functioning of the KAIPTC.

The responsibilities of this department include the design, implementation, review, monitoring and evaluation of the centre’s strategic plan in the context of administration. Other activities of the department include IT support, procurement, contract management, security, human resource management, maintenance and operations, financial policy development and implementation.

Key units under the Administration Department include the;

a. Human Resource Unit
b. Finance Unit
c. Facilities Unit
d. Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) unit
e. Logistics Unit.
f.  Hospitality Unit.
